type machine mainly applies to the full-auto capping works of Babaozhou (milk
and peanuts, powered milk cans, Guiling paste, etc.) plastic cover. It controls
the motions of the whole capping process automatically through PLC computer
programming, and has realized high-speed capping in single track by using
automatic can-classifying device, cans’ falling prevention and positioning
device, synchronous and uniform-speed automatic capping device as well as
automatic cap distribution device, without adding ancillary separate
transmission lines. That can save 50 meters or more transmission lines in
comparison with the multitrack capping. The whole capping process with
automatic can-feeding and can-classifying, automatic sorting, automatic
mounting and automatic capping, has take the place of manually capping and
traditional semi-automatically multitrack capping device. Thus the capping in
single track can save manpower and increase the production effect greatly.
